About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Group Manager of Test Engineering for Rail Controls. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of verification and validation engineers to ensure the quality and accuracy of our train control systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of test engineers to achieve goals in embedded electronic platforms development for rail controls.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of test deliverables, innovate and improve on our existing solutions, both in terms of test solutions and in the products.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes diversity and inclusion.
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Manage capacity and competence planning in close collaboration with the development programs.
  • Drive continuous improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in test engineering leadership.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience working with testing in embedded development projects.
  • Experience of testing and development in safety-critical systems development, according to safety standards such as CENELEC (EN50126, EN50128, EN50129) or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Hardware, Software and environmental testing.
  • Experience mentoring and developing test engineers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • English at a fluent level is mandatory for this role, Swedish will be considered a plus.
