We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Document Controller to lead our Document Controlling process and Document Management system within Projects at AtkinsRéalis.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Document Project Management: Act as the single point of contact regarding the management of technical plant documentation within the project.
  2. Support to Project Team: Support the project team internally within AtkinsRéalis, the client, and sub-contractors regarding technical plant documentation, ensuring contractual requirements are met and communicated to all parties.
  3. Document Management System and Document Flow:
    1. Master the document management system and support the project organization with related issues.
    2. Manage the flow of documentation within the project as per AtkinsRéalis and project procedures, distributing technical plant documentation to relevant parties and ensuring proper version control.
    3. Train and coach the project team in the document control system and documentation requirements, providing advice and guidance on documentation control issues.
  4. Supporting Documents:
    1. Responsible for the Master Document List (MDL) within the project, ensuring all parties are aware of documentation dedicated to their scope.
    2. Create and update the Project Documentation Plan, outlining the document control process specific for the project.
    3. Create and update a time schedule for technical plant documentation; the Document Delivery Plan (DDP), ensuring the AtkinsRéalis project team, sub-contractors, and client are informed of delivery dates.
  5. Progress Updates and Document Deliverables:
    1. Review, update, and communicate progress to the project team on project-related activities related to documentation.
    2. Ensure document deliverables are completed to relevant standards and to defined deadlines and budget.
  6. Continues Improvements:
    1. Contribute to process enhancements related to document management.
Requirements
  • Experience within technical documentation, preferably from EPC business.
  • Experience with SharePoint and various document management systems.
Personal Qualities
  • High degree of attention to detail.
  • Takes pride in the output delivered.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • The ability to move things forward using your own initiative.
  • Approachable, tactful, and polite. A good team worker with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Language
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English (written and oral).
