About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the Commercial Operations Manager in managing commissions, sales forecasting, CRM administration, and strategic reporting.
Collaborating with sales leaders to ensure forecast accuracy and supporting the preparation and review of monthly sales forecasts.
Tracking key metrics and providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Helping new sales team members succeed by tracking their progress and identifying ways to improve onboarding.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and account information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- An analytical and curious mindset to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus, but we'll provide training if needed.
