Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to manage relationships with major customers in Sweden, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. This is a dynamic role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who can build strong partnerships and deliver results-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans and customer engagement initiatives.
4. Analyze customer data to inform sales decisions and optimize customer interactions.

Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in FMCG Retail or similar industries.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with a focus on customer relationships and sales growth.
3. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with fluency in Swedish and English.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
