We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team in Sweden. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our desktop computing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft desktop operating systems and Windows applications
  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows Client Administration
  • Build and install PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks, and peripheral devices
  • Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems, and peripherals with routine maintenance
  • Identify, log, and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems
  • Collaborate with Technology team members to ensure efficient operation of the desktop computing environment
  • Administer and resolve issues with associated end-user workstation network software products
  • Receive and respond to incoming calls, messages, and/or work orders regarding desktop problems
  • Expertise in supporting networks devices and servers in a business environment
  • Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with project guidelines
  • Explain and document technical issues in a clear way to technical teams and business stakeholders
