As a Service Portfolio Development Lead, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to drive value-based sales of our service product portfolio in Sweden.
About Our Dynamic Sales Team
Our dynamic sales team is responsible for delivering exceptional value to our customers in the manufacturing industry. This role offers a fast-paced work environment with new and exciting challenges every day.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Drive value-based sales of our service product portfolio in line with the Service Division Sales Strategy.
- Foster Strong Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver exceptional value.
- Take Ownership of Your Business Results: Take ownership of your business results and continuously enhance efficiency in service sales and operations.
- Collaborate with Product Division: Work closely with sales teams in product division to ensure seamless integration and alignment of strategies.
- Contribute to Driving Change: Contribute to driving change in our service business area by embracing our motto 'There is always a better way'.
This role requires travel within Sweden, and you will report directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager Service Nordic.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- A valid driving license is mandatory.
- A technical degree or other relevant academic qualification is required.
- Sales experience or background in the manufacturing industry is an asset.
- Experience in service or software as a service (SaaS) is an advantage but not a requirement.

- You must be proficient in both Swedish and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Outgoing, proactive, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
- Prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
