We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join our team in Oslo. Our customer success team spans Scandinavian countries and works daily to secure excellent customer experience.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for building long-term sustainable relationships with our customers, advocating their needs internally, and working collaboratively with HR and IT at our customers.
  • Our team is at an exciting moment in our growth journey and needs to ramp up with the skills and experience needed to succeed.

About You:

  • You have 3-5 years of experience owning a portfolio of customers.
  • You have commercial experience and business acumen, as well as negotiation skills and great communication and collaboration skills internally and externally.
  • You are results-oriented and comfortable working to set KPIs and targets.
Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage your portfolio of customers, which consists of exciting companies in the range of 300-5000 employees within all industries.
  • Lead the customer's strategic stakeholders within HR, IT, and other relevant areas to achieve a desired business outcome.
  • Together with your customers, build and execute success plans, make forecasts and predictions for each customer, and assess and report churn risk.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling – software, recurring services packages, and stand-alone services.
  • Maintain a high level of customer engagement to increase customer satisfaction and willingness for customers to participate in activities.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in a Scandinavian language, as well as English.
  • Able to work in a hybrid setup for work-life balance.
