Omni-Channel Customer Experience Manager

We're seeking a highly experienced individual to lead our omni-channel customer experience efforts in the Nordic region. As an Omni-Channel Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for designing and continuously improving the consumer journeys across the entire lifecycle.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and continuously improving the consumer journeys across the entire lifecycle.
  • Working closely with key internal counterparts to develop an omni-channel consumer experience.
  • Creating seamless customer interactions across all channels.
  • Providing input on content development to ensure customer appreciation across the entire customer lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or Finance.
  • At least 5 years of experience in market research, marketing, or consumer experience, preferably in FMCG or other consumer goods companies.
