Global Customer Experience Manager

TN Sweden is committed to creating an inclusive workplace for everyone. As a Global Customer Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the customer relationship, influencing upcoming business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
As part of our global organisation, you'll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and dedicated teammates while being the customer's primary point of contact to supply equipment and spare parts or railway vehicles. You'll handle customer enquiries, providing quotation and ensuring their deliveries.
Key aspects of the job include:
- MANAGING THE CUSTOMER PORTFOLIO SECURING PROFITABILITY EXPECTED BY MANAGEMENT FOLLOWING THE GOVERNANCE CYCLE
- ENSURING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND RESOLVING ANY CONCERNS THAT MAY ARISE
- Participating in customer meetings and meetings with other functions procurement and engineering
- TAKING RESPONSIBILITY IN A RESULTS-DRIVEN ROLE, SOLVING COMPLEX PROBLEMS WITH A CUSTOMER-ORIENTED MINDSET
- Embracing inclusivity in an international and multi-cultural environment
