Program Overview:

The Æntidote program is a cutting-edge initiative aimed at growing other music catalogs via Creator Activations. As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing a strategic partnerships plan to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the music industry, designing and implementing programs that meet the needs of Ambassadors, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for recruiting and retaining high-quality Ambassadors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the music industry, including labels and artists.
  • Design and implement a program that meets the needs of Ambassadors, including curation, bespoke music, non-monetary incentives, and revenue-sharing models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in complex sales dynamics and new business development, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
  • Experience working in the creator space and/or music industry is essential.
  • Deep understanding of the commercial ecosystem around YouTube, including music rights, MCNs, and tool providers.
