Job Description:

The Senior Partnerships Manager will lead the development of Æntidote activation program, balancing customer needs with monetization on YouTube. Key responsibilities include recruitment and building strong relationships with Ambassadors, designing a program to meet their needs, and collaborating with the Æntidote team to strategize and implement plans that foster ambassador motivation and ensure long-term program engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for recruiting and retaining high-quality Ambassadors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the music industry, including labels and artists.
  • Design and implement a program that meets the needs of Ambassadors, including curation, bespoke music, non-monetary incentives, and revenue-sharing models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in complex sales dynamics and new business development, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
  • Experience working in the creator space and/or music industry is essential.
  • Deep understanding of the commercial ecosystem around YouTube, including music rights, MCNs, and tool providers.
