Job Description:
As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and supporting our customers in the Swedish market. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This involves holding product presentations, attending web-based seminars and trade shows, and registering and following up on sales leads and customer visits.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and expand the Swedish market through proactive lead generation and nurturing.
  2. Design and deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to key stakeholders.
  3. Utilize CRM systems to effectively manage sales leads and project opportunities.
  4. Collaborate closely with colleagues from Dewesoft Norway and Slovenia to ensure seamless support for customers.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of sales excellence and revenue growth. Relevant industry experience, good IT knowledge, and a positive attitude with a 'yes, we can' mentality are essential. Additionally, you should be willing to travel frequently (approximately 40-50% of your time) for customer visits and have a valid driving license.
