They will oversee one of our teams comprising E-commerce Analysts and Specialists, collaborating to provide a seamless customer journey that optimizes sales and improves the overall user experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and coach a team to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Drive Growth: Execute on e-commerce strategies and initiatives to boost conversion rates, profitability, and other KPIs globally.
  • Optimize User Journeys: Continuously refine on-site sales tactics and customer journeys to enhance user experiences and drive sales.
  • Analyze and Act: Use web analytics to understand customer behavior and identify actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate for Innovation: Partner with Product Owners, UX designers, and Tech Leads to set requirements and prioritize feature development.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to inspire, coach, and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong data-driven mindset with experience setting KPIs and overachieving sales targets.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and driving continuous improvement.
  • E-commerce Experience: Minimum of 3 years in e-commerce with a track record of delivering sales growth and successful site optimizations.
  • Performance Marketing: Deep understanding of marketing performance metrics and tactics.
  • Technical Know-How: Hands-on experience with A/B testing, UX design collaboration, and feature development.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
