Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales strategies that align with company objectives. You will work closely with sales teams in other cities to drive sales activity and act as a hunter to bring more business to EY Insourcing. You will focus on the market in Stockholm and surrounding areas, while also contributing to national-level sales with a primary focus on new customer processing.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Collaborative Sales Strategies: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that align with company objectives, collaborating with sales teams in other cities.
  2. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and lead generation activities.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  4. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by employing effective negotiation and closing techniques, converting leads into successful deals.
  5. Sales Activity Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Requirements

  • A proven sales track record, strong communication skills, and effective negotiation abilities.
  • Experience from the industry, preferably one of the Big Four companies, is a significant advantage.
  • A university degree in economics, business, or sales is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in Swedish being an added value.
