Job Description

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and adapting advanced sales strategies tailored to unique customer needs. You will create and nurture customer partnerships, acting as a resource based on a deep understanding of relevant industries and customer requirements.

  • Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced domain knowledge to provide input into the development of Zebra's business products and services, ensuring alignment with multi-business protocols.
  • Managerial Leadership: Lead impact teams consisting of Solutions Sales Specialists, Customer Success Executives, Marketing and more, contributing to policy and practice improvements within the organization.
  • Business Development: Formulate business solutions that directly address financial challenges, driving profitable revenue growth. Coordinate and present comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs and outperform competitors.
