Role OverviewYou will be responsible for delivering efficient MSP services to our clients in Sweden. Working closely with vendors, client hiring managers, and Magnit cross-functional teams, you will utilize our award-winning VMS software to ensure smooth service delivery.
Responsibilities- Daily interactions with hiring managers and customer contacts to facilitate staff augmentation needs and transactions;
- Operational meetings with dedicated hiring managers and stakeholders to discuss projects and progress;
- Preparation and review of job descriptions and requisitions;
- Candidate evaluation and submission to hiring managers for review;
- Interview coordination with candidates, suppliers, and hiring managers;
- Billing rate negotiations and candidate assessments;
- Project administration, including extensions and related tasks;
- Supplier relations, setup, and communication regarding standards and processes;
- Answering supplier and customer inquiries;
- Daily contact with strategic suppliers to ensure a steady flow and pipeline;
- Providing strategic market insights to clients based on their specific needs;
- Scheduling and conducting meetings with key suppliers to inform about ways of working and building strong relationships;
- Supporting time chasing and administration tasks related to invoicing;
- Assisting Operations Manager/Program Managers with customer-related reporting;
- Participating in operational meetings with customers;
- Initiating and operating continuous improvement work strategy together with clients and relevant teams;
- Supporting Operation Manager/Program Manager with customer-related reporting;
- Daily communication of possible improvements and optimizations related to internal processes (including the VMS);
- Maintenance of issues related to daily operations or internal processes to ensure efficient management and improvement;
- Collaboration with program teams to ensure first-class service delivery to clients and suppliers;
- Expert advisor within the area of responsibility;
- Contribution to the development of internal processes and ways of working;
- Value addition to clients through provision of relevant market insights;
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills in English and Swedish (Danish or Finnish a plus);
- Attention to detail and ability to structure and prioritize work efficiently;
- Able to cope with a high-pace environment and independently resolve problems in daily operations;
- Ability to support multiple customers in a complex operational environment;
- Fully understanding of the business and being an expert guide within the client-specific area.
