This position involves leading the development of Service Now HRSD solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business outcomes, and ensuring project success.
The Job Description:
- You will be the primary contact for clients, handling their day-to-day needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Forecasting project revenue and margins, and making the account referenceable, is a key aspect of this role.
- As part of the deal pursuit team, you will design solutions and manage client expectations, supporting commercial discussions on cost overruns and scope creep.
- You will lead process reviews with clients, providing updates and future plans, and drive transformation initiatives with offshore delivery, PEx, automation, and vertical teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- B.Com/M.Com/MBA/CA Intermediate degree
- 10-12 years of experience in F&A domains (P2P, O2C, R2R)
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Strong people management and exposure to North American environments
- Strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and the ability to find win-win solutions
