Responsibilities
  • Elevate commercial strategy through structured outbound approaches and manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Contribute to rebuilding the Swedish office and foster a collaborative culture.

You'll take on various roles, contributing directly to sales strategies, and shaping how we approach new clients.

Beyond sales, you'll help transform workforce management systems for clients, guiding them through strategic decisions that drive business success.

What We're Looking For
  • A growth-oriented mindset: navigate complex enterprise environments with stakeholders from HR to IT, Finance, and Production.
  • At least 5 years of SaaS B2B enterprise software sales experience.
  • Strong lead generation and outreach skills, with the ability to proactively create opportunities.

We want someone who thrives in high-growth environments, values flexibility, and has a hands-on approach.

Language Skills

Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential for success in this role.
