Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Demand Generation Specialist to join our marketing team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing demand generation campaigns across multiple channels to drive lead acquisition and conversions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing demand generation campaigns, including SEM, paid LinkedIn campaigns, and multi-channel strategies focused on lead generation and conversions. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required, along with current certifications in relevant platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, or comparable tools like HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution:
    • Plan, design, and execute demand generation campaigns to drive lead acquisition and conversions.
    • Scale campaigns effectively while monitoring performance and making data-driven optimizations.
  • Marketing Automation Expertise:
    • Act as the super user of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce.
    • Create strategies for lead acquisition, segmentation, and nurturing to move leads through the sales funnel.
    • Leverage automation workflows to optimize lead management, tracking, and reporting.
  • Paid Media Management:
    • Develop and manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns to maximize visibility and ROI including LinkedIn paid campaigns.
    • Design and execute personalized, automated email campaigns, including segmentation and nurturing strategies to engage leads and boost conversions.
  • Collaboration and Efficiency:
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align on goals, ensure lead quality, and drive business outcomes.
    • Streamline processes and improve workflows using marketing tools.
Requirements
  1. Experience in Demand Generation or B2B Marketing: Proven track record of at least 5 years managing demand generation campaigns.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  3. Current certifications in relevant platforms, such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, or comparable tools like HubSpot.
  4. Proven experience in implementing, managing, and optimizing martech to enhance campaign efficiency and performance.
  5. Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lead nurturing techniques, and account-based marketing strategies.
  6. Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration.
  7. Experience in a fast-paced or scale-up environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to change seamlessly.
