Customer Success Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join our Customized Delivery & Life Cycle Management team as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full life cycle of customized IoT solutions, from delivery to operations.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers to ensure that the solution meets customer expectations and drives business growth. Your primary focus will be on translating customer needs and business targets into technical requirements, defining the solution concept, and iterating this with customers.
To succeed in this position, you must possess strong technical knowledge of IoT and telecommunications, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead customer projects with structure and document creation.
Key Responsibilities:- Support IoT Sales to grow sales and establish/maintain market leadership within IoT
- Collect all stakeholders together to evaluate, plan, and develop the solution
- Translate customer needs and business targets into technical requirements
- Define the solution concept and iterate this with customers, internal stakeholders, and partners
- Lead customer projects with structure and take care of document creation
We are looking for a results-driven professional with a strong background in IoT, telecoms, or IT who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:- Relevant experience and recognized as an expert in IoT/Telecom/IT areas
- Experience working with long-term external customer relations, building trust and transparency
- Experience of Cloud solutions and SaaS
- Basic understanding of Telco operations and business
- Experience from SW development, but also a plus with experience from HW development
- Customer oriented with strong business focus and eager to expand the business
- Highly organized and able to multitask with self-driven and proactive nature
