Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving partner sales within our Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) segment in Sweden and working closely with stakeholders and other business units internally to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in relationship building, strategic sales knowledge, and a strong understanding of the payment industry. You will need to have outstanding relationship-building skills and an analytical mindset which makes it easy for you to create long-lasting and strategic relationships.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Partner Account Management or Key Account Management role
  • Experience/understanding of working in an established partner program
  • Full working proficiency in Norwegian and English is a requirement
  • You master the Microsoft Office package, and you are excellent in Excel
  • Previous experience from the Finance, IT, or Telecom industry is an advantage
  • Previous experience from a large matrix organization is also an advantage
