We're growing rapidly and need a skilled Business Development Strategist to help us scale our business. As a Business Development Strategist, you'll lead high-priority strategic projects, ensure execution, and align key stakeholders.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong ability to navigate complex organizations, engage stakeholders, and ensure things get done. You'll work closely with leaders and teams across the organization to drive strategic execution, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans – Drive alignment, progress, and business impact.
  2. Identify and prioritize business opportunities – Collaborate with teams to surface and act on key initiatives.
  3. Drive M&A and corporate development activities – Support acquisitions, assess market opportunities, drive strategic evaluations, and participate in post-merger integration.
  4. Analyze data to inform business decisions – Monitor key metrics, trends, and market shifts.
  5. Build and manage stakeholder relationships – Secure buy-in and drive seamless execution of key initiatives.
