Role Overview

As a key member of our team, the Head of Customer Retention will play a pivotal role in driving strategic efforts to enhance customer engagement and retention across all our brands and markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRM and Marketing Automation strategies to boost customer retention and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Continuously assess and refine customer segmentation and targeting approaches to ensure maximum effectiveness.
  • Oversee the integration and optimization of marketing automation tools and processes, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and maximizing system capabilities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of CRM and Marketing Automation professionals, providing guidance and support for their growth and development.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze critical metrics and KPIs to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach, challenging and improving overall customer experience to drive retention rates and facilitate cross-sell activities.
