Key Responsibilities

As a Swedish Sales Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to source and engage top-tier talent for our GTM roles in Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and driving operational excellence through efficient workflows and high data integrity in our ATS.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage top-tier talent using creative methods that align with the regional talent market.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by guiding them throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the team.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends in Sweden, particularly in FinTech and GTM functions, to maintain competitive hiring practices.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on hiring commercial profiles.
  • Proven expertise in the Swedish talent market, including knowledge of industry trends, local sourcing channels, and competitive landscape.
  • Experience managing pipelines across diverse hiring levels, from early-career professionals to senior Commercial leadership roles.
  • Strong ability to work independently and autonomously, with a track record of driving results.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to have candid conversations with business leaders about organizational design and talent needs.
  • Native or business-level fluency in both Swedish and English.
