Job Description
  • Maintain constant communication with business customers and distributors.
  • Collaborate with third-party suppliers, including warehousing and logistics providers.
  • Register and review sales orders in SAP.
  • Manage complaints and monitor the delivery of goods.
  • E nsure efficient and timely product order flow to our business customers.

This role involves managing eCommerce platform backend processes for restocking websites.

Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Have 2-3 years of relevant work experience in customer service or logistics.
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in a Nordic language is highly beneficial.
  • Be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
