We are now looking for a Head of Marketing to join us.

As the Head of Marketing at FwB, you will lead our marketing vertical, driving successful client activations through innovative, results-driven campaigns. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, supporting clients across industries in launching dynamic marketing initiatives across various channels. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing professional with a deep understanding of media and marketing strategy and execution, client relationship management, and tailored solutions that achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities

Marketing Plan and Execution

- Develop, oversee, and execute marketing activations for clients across channels, ensuring alignment with client objectives, KPIs, and the latest industry trends.
- Integrate media planning and buying into marketing strategies, optimizing channel selection to maximize impact and ROI.

Media Expertise

- Develop comprehensive media strategies, including paid, earned, and owned media, to amplify campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with media partners and vendors to negotiate placements, rates, and value-added opportunities.
- Stay current on media trends, tools, and platforms, applying insights to enhance client outcomes.

Client Relationship Management

- Act as the primary marketing advisor for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.
- Present marketing plans clearly and persuasively, ensuring buy-in from stakeholders.
- Proactively communicate campaign progress, results, and recommendations, aligning client expectations with achievable goals and high-impact solutions.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams — including strategists, creatives, project leaders, and coordinators — to ensure cohesive campaign development and seamless execution across channels.

Reporting

- Own and oversee performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.

Trendspotting and Industry Expertise

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media updates, and best practices, incorporating these insights into client strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

- Experience: 6+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within a digital or creative agency, with a strong background in media planning and execution alongside marketing campaigns.
- Media Expertise: Proven track record in media planning, buying, and optimization across platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, programmatic).
- Skills: Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in marketing, media, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and DSPs).
- Client-Centric Mindset: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a keen understanding of client needs and industry challenges.
- Analytical Approach: Data-driven, with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights and measurable recommendations for clients.
