Som Marketing Communications Executive får du en nyckelroll i att skapa och distribuera engagerande marknadsförings- och kommunikationsmaterial för att stärka Arvals varumärkesnärvaro. Du kommer att arbeta med allt från contentproduktion och kampanjer till analys och digital utveckling – alltid med kvalitet och strategi i fokus. OM TJÄNSTEN
Marketing Communications Executives huvuduppgift är att stödja och verkställa all marknadsföring- och kommunikation för verksamheten. Personen ska säkerställa att kommunikations- och marknadsföringsbudskap i alla kanaler är korrekt och i linje med företagets tonalitet samt håller en hög kvalitet. Material i form av presentationer, instruktioner, FAQ, annonser, videos och annat innehåll ska produceras kontinuerligt för att stötta försäljning, kundresan samt andra operationella delar i verksamheten.

Att jobba datadrivet, göra analyser och följa upp resultat på KPI:er är en del av det dagliga arbetet.
Huvudansvaret omfattar hemsidan samt CRM-systemet för att distribuera utskick till kunder.

Rollen rapporterar till Head of Marketing och är en del av ett marknadsförings- och produktteamet på tre personer som innebär ett tajt samarbete med produktansvarig och nyckelpersoner i försäljningsteamet.

Arbetsuppgifter


* Utveckla, uppdatera och distribuera marknadsföringsmaterial till exempel presentationer, produktblad, utställningsmaterial, utbildningsmaterial.
* Utveckla marknadsföringsmaterial relaterat till kampanjer.
* Se till att vi har en gemensam struktur för allt vårt marknadsmaterial.
* Stödja i kommunikationsstrategin och se till att den genomförs.
* Designa, skapa och marknadsföra engagerande innehåll för olika plattformar som hemsida, sociala medier, nyhetsbrev.
* Lokalanpassa globala marknadsförings-, kommunikations- och digitala aktiviteter till den svenska marknaden.
* Skapa marknadsanalyser och rapportera till verksamheten.
* Skapa engagerande innehåll i form av videor och webbseminarier.
* Driva utvecklings- och digitaliseringsprojekt från ax till limpa med många stakeholders.


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- 2-3 års arbetslivserfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter.
- Avslutad eftergymnasial utbildning inom marknadsföring eller kommunikation.
- Hög nivå av svensk och engelska i tal och skrift.
- Att skapa redaktionellt innehåll på svenska är meriterande.
- Erfarenhet av att jobba mot olika stakeholders.
- Erfarenhet av att producera grafiskt marknadsmaterial.
- Har ett intresse för bilar.
- Har B-körkort.
