Job Description

We are searching for a Marketing Communication Specialist to support our operations in Scandinavia. This role will report to MD Scandinavia and will be responsible for delivering outstanding marketing strategies to enrich our product portfolio and drive future growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Brand and Product Communication:
  • Launch key brand & product campaigns focusing on B2B and B2C channels.
  • Initiate barter and sponsorship initiatives relevant to the brand.
  • Control and coordinate PR and advertising budgets.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, agencies, production teams, and printing houses.
Event Management:
  • Organize and execute events in Sweden and Norway (kick-offs, award shows, conferences).
  • Control and coordinate event and travel budgets.
  • Prepare schedules/agendas.
  • Cooperate with event and travel agencies and technical support.
  • Prepare marketing content and coordinate with other departments.
PR & Media Relations:
  • Organize PR and media projects in the market.
  • Prepare PR shipments to influencers, journalists, and other opinion leaders for major product launches.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings with media and influencers.
  • Collaborate closely with the PR agency.
Work with Influencers/Ambassadors/Celebrities:
  • Build partnerships with local opinion leaders.
  • Identify opportunities for local collaboration with influencers.
  • Create and execute collaborations with influencers and bloggers (events, seedings, and other engagements) directly or through an agency.
  • Lead and manage the influencer base.
  • Initiate and execute 'Brand Ambassadors' projects.
  • Support the marketing team responsible for digital strategy.
  • Monitor metrics of paid ads performance: report, analyze, and improve.
  • Oversee the setup of digital campaigns, working closely with the Digital Agency and Digital Specialist to establish precise targeting and remarketing strategies.

  • You have a positive attitude and see opportunities in challenges.
  • You are proactive, have good time management and prioritization skills, and can handle multiple projects at once.
  • You are approachable, a true team player, and have a great ability to collaborate with people.
  • You are self-leading and take accountability and responsibility.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or experience we deem equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar marketing role or within a marketing/digital agency.
  • Comfortable working with different digital tools for event management.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English to ensure effective communication across local and global teams.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Norwegian is a plus.
