About the roleAre you a master storyteller who can transform complex technology into compelling customer value? As the guardian of our product positioning, you'll shape how we communicate the value of our fast-growing Software Asset Management platform to the world.

As our Product Marketing Lead at Xensam, you'll be the storyteller who bridges our R&D innovations with customer needs. Working within our dynamic marketing team and reporting to the CMO, you'll own our product narrative across all channels.

Responsibilities

- Guard our product positioning to ensure consistent product messaging in collaboration with R&D and marketing teams.
- Craft compelling content that transforms technical features into business value.
- Drive product launch campaigns and regular release communications across multiple channels.
- Design lifecycle marketing messages within product notifications and communications.
- Conduct market research and customer interviews to shape our narrative.
- Transform technical documentation into customer-friendly communications.
- Co-create brand awareness campaigns for product positioning.

Qualifications

- 2-3 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Bachelor in marketing, business or tech, with additional education (course, certification, or diploma) in writing.
- Exceptional writing skills in English with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Strong analytical capabilities for market and customer insights.
- Proactive approach and structured working style.
- Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Bonus points if you have

- Technical writing background.
- Confidence in front of the camera for video content.
- Presentation and webinar experience.
- Previous experience in Software or SaaS Asset Management.
