Your Role

We’re seeking a Marketing Lead with a commercial mindset to define, execute, and scale our marketing strategy. This is a pivotal role where you’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on implementation to drive lead generation, manage digital campaigns, and create impactful content that accelerates 360Player’s global growth.

You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with leadership, product, marketing and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, ensuring every initiative contributes directly to growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and Drive Strategy: Create and continuously improve our marketing strategy for our global product, understanding different market dynamics.
2. Demand Generation: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to grow inbound leads and optimize marketing performance.
3. Search and Advertising: Manage paid search and social advertising channels, including Google Ads and LinkedIn, to achieve a high return on ad spend (ROAS).
4. Content and SEO: Lead efforts to improve keyword optimization and develop compelling content assets, such as case studies, whitepapers, and blogs, that attract and convert prospects.
5. Organic Growth: Boost online visibility and engagement through targeted initiatives that drive organic traffic growth.
6. Reporting and Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance data, and adjust strategies to achieve better outcomes. Provide actionable insights to the broader team.

Who You Are

You’re a versatile and experienced marketer with a blend of strategic vision and operational know-how. You excel in creating and executing campaigns that deliver measurable results and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’re excited about playing a key role in scaling a global company and driving its growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Qualifications

1. At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
2. Proven success in scaling marketing campaigns, managing substantial advertising budgets, and reducing customer acquisition costs.
3. Hands-on expertise with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and A/B testing platforms.
4. Familiarity with programmatic advertising and marketing automation tools is a plus.
5. Comfortable working with international markets, with a global perspective that helps tailor campaigns for diverse audiences.
