Med 4 miljoner unika besökare per vecka och 80 miljoner sökningar i månaden, är Hitta.se en av Sveriges största sajter. Vi har en stark kundbas på över 24 000 kunder & 40 000 Freemium kunder, samt hela 36 miljoner företagssökningar per år. Nu söker vi en Leads & Marketing Specialist för att driva tillväxten i vår kundbas. Du kommer att vara vår expert på att driva in varma leads från Sveriges små och medelstora företag.

Vad du kommer göra:

1. Köpa smarta annonser på t.ex Google och Meta (och kanske några oväntade ställen?) som leder rätt kunder till oss.
2. Förvandla Hitta.se 4 miljoner besökare i veckan, till heta leads med hjälp av kreativa placeringar och strategiska call-to-actions.
3. Inspirera och konvertera våra 40 000 freemiumkunder till att bli betalande kunder med hjälp av engagerande e-mail content.
4. Jobba med våra samarbetspartners som är nära kopplat till vårt intag av nya leads, som t.ex Adressändring, samt titta på nya partners.
5. Du kommer mätas på bland annat: Antal leads, leadskvalité, Fremium till betalande kund, Website Conversion Rate & Return on Ad Spend.

Vi söker dig som:

1. Har stark affärsförståelse och intresse för hela Sales funneln, från lead till affär.
2. Minst 3 års erfarenhet av liknande roller. Kanske har du jobbat som Growth Marketer, Performance Marketer eller Lead Specialist.
3. Relevant utbildning inom marknadsföring, ekonomi, kommunikation eller dataanalys (t.ex. en kandidatexamen i marknadsföring, företagsekonomi eller medie- och kommunikationsvetenskap). Annan relevant utbildning eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet är också meriterande.
4. Är en fena på att tolka data och älskar att använda siffrorna för att ständigt förbättra dina resultat.
5. Är självgående och strukturerad, men också lekfull nog att våga testa nya grepp.
6. Älskar att se konkreta resultat av ditt arbete och att få höra att “du gjorde skillnad.”
7. Meriterande med certifieringar i verktyg som HubSpot, Google Analytics, och Facebook Blueprint.
