Through efficient, large-scale production of MSCs, Cellcolabs fuels the advancement of MSC cell therapies – to ultimately improve global health.

Cellcolabs is based on 20 years of research from Karolinska Institutet and is approved for GMP production of ATMPs by the Swedish Medical Products Agency. The company is founded and backed by some of Sweden’s foremost health and life science entrepreneurs as well as Norrsken.

You will report to both our CMO and Commercial Director, you will be a key player in elevating our brand presence and advancing global healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Marketing & Campaign Execution:

1. Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital channels (paid ads, SEO, email, social media, webinars) to drive traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition.
2. Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
3. Create and refine marketing funnels (lead generation, conversion, retention) using landing pages, sign-up forms, email flows and webinars.
4. Manage and execute webinars end-to-end (promotion, registration, hosting, and post-event follow-up) to engage audiences and drive leads.
5. Collaborate with marketing, commercial, and medical teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Marketing Automation:

1. Set up and optimize customer segmentation and automated workflows for lead nurturing and email campaigns, sending targeted, personalized messages based on user behavior and CRM data.
2. Integrate marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Calendly, Mailchimp) with CRM systems to streamline data flow, improve lead conversion and enhance cross-team collaboration.
3. Optimize automated email sequences, customer journeys, and behavioral triggers for retention, upselling and re-engagement.

Conversion & Engagement Optimization:

1. Drive engagement throughout the marketing funnel, providing valuable information and support to encourage deeper brand involvement and top-level customer experience.
2. Implement strategies for building long-term customer relationships and increasing lifetime value (LTV) by improving customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
3. Continuously refine customer engagement strategies using feedback and surveys.

Performance Analysis:

1. Monitor, analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns and automation workflows using performance metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, CTR, open rates, conversion rates).
2. Provide actionable insights to improve both growth strategies and automation processes.
3. Use data-driven insights to optimize messaging and processes, and regularly report on KPIs to leadership.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in growth marketing and/or marketing automation in a startup/scaleup or high-growth environment.
3. Proficiency in various marketing tools (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.) and CRM systems (HubSpot), including setup, optimization and integration.
4. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (paid ads, SEO, email marketing, social media), A/B testing and performance optimization tools.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
