DEVI's high-quality, reliable electric heating products are experiencing strong growth in Sweden.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales leader to capitalize on this opportunity. This hands-on role requires proven leadership, a deep understanding of the Swedish electric heating market, and the ability to drive ambitious business goals.
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead Sales Engineers in Sweden to success, utilizing coaching tools and inclusive leadership strategies. Encourage team to embrace growth mindset and company behaviors.
2. Collaborate on account strategies, portfolio plans, and financial targets in great collaborative manner with one End-to-End team.
3. Prepare inclusive business proposals with both commercial and technical inputs.
4. Explore avenues to enhance value for our diverse customer base and provide feedback for customer-centric innovation to our Product Management and support them on right execution to meet-up with customer expectations. Foster continuous engagement with customers and Sales Channels through regular visits.
5. Support locally relevant projects with a focus on inclusivity.
Background & Skills
A relevant Master's or Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, business administration, or a similar field is desirable.
This role requires proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing sales teams to achieve ambitious goals:
1. Extensive experience in electric heating sales and applications, resulting in quantifiable achievements (e.g., increased sales, market share gains).
2. Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, leading to effective sales strategies and successful market penetration.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
4. Native fluency in Swedish and professional proficiency in English.
