We are looking for Sales Engineers High Voltage Motors to help drive our growth in the Nordics and Baltics, and you might be the one we are looking for.

Your Role
As Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and partners in the Nordics and Baltics. You will drive sales, identify new business opportunities, and help execute our sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and nurture relationships with partners and key customers to grow our High Voltage Motor business in the Nordics & Baltics.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and product portfolios to create targeted sales strategies.
- Lead sales efforts for additional customers outside of HV motor partnerships in the region.
- Design and configure High Voltage motor solutions using our advanced tools. Promote with key partners and customers.
- Handle customer escalations, ensuring timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction.
You will also collaborate closely with our headquarters and vertical teams, ensuring that we deliver optimal technical and commercial solutions to our customers. As part of the role, you will be responsible for gathering feedback, presenting products, and helping launch innovative solutions to market.
As a part of your training, you might need to relocate to R&D for short periods.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Sales Engineer with:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree/ Master (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Strong background in technical sales or business management, with a proven track record in growing High Voltage motor sales.
- Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders (C-level) and can work both independently and as a team leader.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of High Voltage motors, rotating machinery, power electronics, and industry standards.
- Languages: Fluent in English (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Spanish, or German is a plus).
- Customer-Focused: You bring a customer-oriented mindset, backed by structured planning and an ability to communicate complex technical details clearly.
