The Marketing Executive will be integral in ensuring the strategic alignment of our marketing initiatives and daily operations, contributing significantly to the seamless execution of our marketing strategies. As a Marketing Executive, you'll play a vital role in the coordination and execution of marketing strategies, ensuring they are in harmony with our broader business objectives. Your contributions will be key to maintaining brand consistency, enhancing operational effectiveness, and supporting the strategic direction of the Finnish market. This position demands a proactive approach to daily operations, cross-departmental collaboration, and a keen eye for data-driven decision-making.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Support the seamless execution of marketing strategies through diligent involvement in daily operations, ensuring strategic objectives are met.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of brand consistency across all marketing outputs, reinforcing LeoVegas Group's presence in the Finnish market.
  • Actively support senior team members in defining and implementing the strategic marketing direction, utilizing insights to inform decision-making.
  • Employ data analysis techniques to inform and optimize daily operations and strategic planning, ensuring decisions are grounded in data.
  • Foster internal and external communications, building effective relationships that support marketing objectives and operational needs.
  • Leverage expertise in SEO, Paid Media, and other relevant marketing channels to contribute to the strategic marketing mix and execution.
  • Manage and drive forward operational projects, promoting effective cross-functional teamwork and ensuring project milestones are aligned with marketing goals.
  • Collaborate efficiently with peers and stakeholders, contributing positively to the country team's dynamics and supporting the initiatives set by the Director of nordics.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Native level of Swedish written and spoken
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing, particularly in roles that involve operational and strategic responsibilities.
  • Basic understanding of marketing strategies, with a capacity to apply these concepts to enhance daily operations and ensure brand consistency.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, with an ability to make data-driven decisions that support operational and strategic goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, essential for building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Knowledge of marketing channels, including SEO and Paid Media, and how they can be utilized effectively within the marketing strategy.
  • Experience in project management, demonstrating an ability to lead operational tasks and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • A collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with peers and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to engage with and support the strategic direction set by the country management team.
