  • Handle the process for new joiners or leavers from facilities point of view (desk assignment, ID-badges etc.) Company language is English so proficiency there needed, Swedish a plus since it’s widely used also.

Role Overview:

  • As an Account Development Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive the growth of the company's client base by generating and qualifying leads. You will be instrumental in following up on inbound leads, conducting thorough research, and initiating outbound prospecting efforts via various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media platforms. Additionally, you will actively participate in local events and networking opportunities to further expand the company's outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Follow-up, Outbound Prospecting: Conduct proactive outbound prospecting by identifying and reaching out to potential clients who align with the company's target market. This involves utilizing research tools and databases to gather information and craft personalized outreach strategies.
  • Multi-Channel Communication: Engage with prospects through various communication channels including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms to establish meaningful connections and introduce the company's products/services.
  • Business-level fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
  • Metrics Tracking: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and activities in the CRM system. Meet and exceed predefined metrics and KPIs related to setting meetings, lead generation, and qualifying new business opportunities.
