ArbetsbeskrivningSales Opportunity Specialist för möten och event till Villa Foresta. Villa Foresta, som är det ursprungliga namnet på borgen som entreprenören Wilhelmina Skogh lät uppföra 1908-1910, ska få nytt liv Nu inleder vi en ny era med ambitionen att åter skapa en levande mötesplats för gastronomi, musik, möten, upplevelser och ett vardagsrum för hela Lidingö. Du är affärsmässig och gillar att jobba mot säljmål, har även vanan att jobba i olika system såsom bokningssystem, CRM-system och digitalt signeringssystem.
Som Sales Opportunity Specialist på vår M&E-avdelning arbetar du med försäljning av, i första hand, konferenser och större event på Villa Foresta. En omfattande ombyggnation och renovering startade i januari 2024 - här planeras för bland annat en vinterträdgård, spa med flera bastur i borgens valv, pooler, restauranger, uteterrass och barer. Renoveringsprojektet pågår i olika etapper. Villa Foresta har idag 103 hotellrum, 10 konferensrum och flera restauranger. Vi söker nu en ny stjärnsäljare till Villa Foresta.
Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter- Följa destinations mål och individuella säljmål.
- Aktivt driva sin egen försäljning mot uppsatta mål.
- Aktivt ta emot bokningar och förfrågningar för Villa Foresta.
- Offertarbete och säkerställa att alla förfrågningar omgående besvaras, enligt säljprocessen.
- Uppföljning av offerter via system, telefon och mail inom gällande tidsram.
- Genomföra återköpssamtal/säljsamtal via telefon och/eller mail.
- I säljarbetet skapa merförsäljning av dryck, aktiviteter m.m.
- Vid behov medverka vid mässor, kundträffar och andra evenemang, även utanför ordinarie arbetstid.
- Erfarenhet inom hotell-, konferens-, & eventförsäljning.
- Kunskap och erfarenhet av bokningssystem för hotell, meriterande med kunskaper i Protel.
- Gilla administration, system, vara strukturerad och noggrann.
- Ha eget driv och vara målinriktad med intresse för försäljning och göra affärer.
- Bidra till ett ärligt och öppet klimat där vi hjälper varandra att nå målen.
- Person med extrovert personlighet som älskar att skapa relationer.
- God problemlösningsförmåga och i grund och botten en person som endast ser möjligheter.
