**Job Description**

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Engagement Specialist to join our team at Tesla, Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of Tesla's products, and the ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  1. Engaging with customers visiting our store or events to identify potential leads and create a pipeline of prospects.
  2. Providing exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, answering questions and objections, and selling potential leads on the test drive experience.
  3. Executing successful lead capture strategies during events to ensure maximum engagement and conversion opportunities.
  4. Managing and organizing captured lead data, maintaining accuracy and completeness in CRM systems.
  5. Building value for customers, understanding their requirements, presenting our vehicles, and effectively communicating the value proposition to drive conversion.
  6. Collaborating with sales teams and other relevant departments to align strategies and contribute to the overall improvement of the lead capture, sales processes, and product proposition.
  7. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times, providing an excellent customer experience that reflects Tesla's values.
