About the Role

As a Customer Marketing Manager at Quinyx, you will be responsible for cultivating a strong, active community that drives brand loyalty, customer retention, and advocacy. You will design and implement programs to engage customers, create referral and advocacy programs, develop content and events that resonate with the community, and ensure that our customers and their successes are front and center of our voice.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and build an engaging community for our audience; recruit community members and customer advocates through various channels and support its rollout across all regions.
  2. Experiment with engagement strategies, including events, webinars, workshops, CABs, and awards programs.
  3. Create, manage, and maintain our customer advocacy program.
  4. Develop a customer referral program to support sales and marketing.
  5. Run our annual global in-person and digital conference.
  6. Identify key advocates to create case studies, manage customer success stories, and enable speaking opportunities to support our business objectives.
  7. Streamline and manage customer communications.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of Customer Marketing or Lifecycle Marketing experience.
  • Proven experience in building customer communities.
  • Strong marketing communication skills and passion for customer service.
  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities and deliver results.
  • Experience in creating and managing customer marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated success in customer engagement and community building.
  • Proficiency in content creation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional planning, communications, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
