Ditt uppdrag hos oss
Som Strategic Account Manager hos oss på Upsales blir det din uppgift att fokusera på fortsatt försäljning och utveckling av befintlig kundportfölj. I vardagen kommer du att identifiera och kontakta kunder med tillväxt potential i din portfölj, boka möten, arrangera värdeskapande businesscases tillsammans med våra Solutions Engineers och underhålla avtal. Du har ett nära samarbete med Onboarding- och Customer Success-teamen som ser till att dina kunder får maximalt värde av våra produkter och tjänster. För att lyckas i rollen är det viktigt för dig att du utnyttjar din passion för affärer, hanterar hela försäljningsprocessen från start till mål, levererar nya upsale (ARR) och skapar starka relationer med dina kunder. Du arbetar ständigt nära försäljningsledning för att hitta nya sätt att attrahera och behålla kunder. Givetvis har du ditt fantastiska team av kollegor runt omkring dig som du växer och utvecklas med på daglig basis.

För att lyckas i rollen som Strategic Account Manager behöver du vara handlingskraftig, motiverad, ambitiös och sträva efter att bygga din framtid på Upsales. Vi ser gärna att du har minst 3-5 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av komplex B2B-försäljning och en utpräglad förmåga att framgångsrikt nå mål, bygga och behålla befintliga affärer från grunden
Du lyckas skapa långsiktiga affärsrelationer med kunder på snabbväxande medelstora företag
Det är viktigt att du har utmärkt kommunikationsförmåga på svenska och engelska
Du har ett affärssinne och kunskaper i försäljningsstrategi (MEDDIC)
