Sales Development Manager, Scandinavia
Om rollen
Vi söker en driven och engagerad Sales Development Manager för att driva kategoriutveckling och stödja försäljningen för att uppnå gemensamma mål.
I rollen deltar du i arbetet med kampanjer, produktlanseringar, produktsortiment och förpackningsutveckling tillsammans med produktutvecklingsavdelningen. Du kommer att driva och samordna kategoriutvecklingsprojekt med nyckelkunder samt ansvara för stöd, datakvalitet och utveckling av Metsäs arbete med POS-data. Du kommer att producera kund- och kedjerapporter baserade på POS-data och annan försäljnings- och marknadsföringsinformation, analysera data och föreslå åtgärder.
Dessutom kommer du att tillhandahålla kunskap om köpbeteende i butik, hylloptimering samt pris- och kampanjanalys. Ansvar för utbildning i kategoriutveckling och POS-data ingår också i dina arbetsuppgifter, så som att övervaka kampanjeffektivitet i samarbete med våra Key Account Managers.
Placeringsort beror på kandidaten och kan vara på något av våra säljkontor i Stockholm, Oslo eller Köpenhamn eller vid något av våra bruk i Mariestad eller Pauliström.
Resor i tjänsten förekommer.

Du är engagerad och analytisk som kan genomföra faktabaserade analyser och omvandla dem till värdefulla rekommendationer. Du har utmärkta projektledningsförmågor och en god känsla för affärer där din kommunikations- och samarbetsförmåga är en av dina främsta styrkor.

Kvalifikationer och nyckelkompetenser
- Utbildning i ekonomi eller marknadsföring på universitet eller högskola.
- 2-5 års erfarenhet inom försäljning eller trade marketing med goda resultat.
- Mycket goda kunskaper i engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt, samt behärska minst ett av de skandinaviska språken.
- Goda kunskapar i systemhantering/administrativ, med starka analytiska färdigheter.
- B-körkort.
- Tydlig kommunikationsstil, utmärkt förhandlingsförmåga, och pragmatiskt tankesätt.
