Your role will involve promoting and selling our products and services within a sales team to achieve established sales targets and improve overall business results.
You will focus on project sales across different applications, targeting mainly installers and end-users, as well as lighting specialists at wholesalers.
- IDentify, research, and contact prospective customers, building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
- Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to contacts within the organisation to respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Provide recommendations to develop long-term sales plans for customers and accounts.
- Monitor, support, and adapt sales activities to ensure business objectives are met.
- Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans, prioritising and scheduling activities to ensure targets are met.
- Certainly, you will also coach other sales representatives on the technical aspects of our products and services, supporting them to achieve their objectives.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably from the lighting industry.
- Strong network with contacts in the Stockholm and wider Swedish region.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and well-structured.
- The ability to find new leads and approach new prospects to strengthen growth and profitability.
- Good presentation skills and technique, with charisma and personality.
- Relevant technical education would be an added benefit.
