Job Description

Your role will involve promoting and selling our products and services within a sales team to achieve established sales targets and improve overall business results.

You will focus on project sales across different applications, targeting mainly installers and end-users, as well as lighting specialists at wholesalers.

  • IDentify, research, and contact prospective customers, building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to contacts within the organisation to respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
  • Provide recommendations to develop long-term sales plans for customers and accounts.
  • Monitor, support, and adapt sales activities to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans, prioritising and scheduling activities to ensure targets are met.
  • Certainly, you will also coach other sales representatives on the technical aspects of our products and services, supporting them to achieve their objectives.

What We Are Looking For

  1. Experience in B2B sales, preferably from the lighting industry.
  2. Strong network with contacts in the Stockholm and wider Swedish region.
  3. Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  4. Ambitious, self-motivated, and well-structured.
  5. The ability to find new leads and approach new prospects to strengthen growth and profitability.
  6. Good presentation skills and technique, with charisma and personality.
  7. Relevant technical education would be an added benefit.
