Sales Development Manager

At TN Sweden, we empower organizations to enrich human interactions through our customer experience intelligence solutions. Our cloud platform and AI-driven analytics tools make it easy for contact centers to uncover customer sentiment and share compelling insights with other parts of the organization.
The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales growth with existing and new customers both direct and through partners. This includes:
- Responsible for achieving territory sales quotas: software and services.
- Uncovering, developing, and leading all sales activities for the sale of our products, additional applications, and renewed maintenance within the existing customer base.
- Building a strong sales pipeline of well-qualified revenue opportunities.
- Identifying key stakeholders, building, and developing strong relationships with them, fostering a high level of trust.
- Effectively managing opportunities through Salesforce.com.
- Experience in B2B cloud-based software sales.
- Direct sales experience in WFO/Call Center industry, highly preferred.
- Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
- Able to travel primarily in the Nordic countries up to 40%.
