To expand our successful business in Sweden we are looking for an entrepreneurial sales professional. The candidate has a proven track record of acquiring new customers and is highly motivated to develop and expand the existing customer base.
Responsibilities- The focus of activities is on the acquisition of new business.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs in line with business requirements.
- Direct responsibility for all aspects of allocated prospects and customers.
- Establish contacts and meetings with new potential customers.
- Prepare all aspects of client meetings and presentations to senior procurement and sourcing teams.
- Effective communication with the US support team and manufacturing plant.
- Develop detailed product knowledge and an in-depth understanding of the Swedish packaging market.
- Minimum 3 years of outside B2B sales experience.
- Successful track record of growing territory and sales as well as of increasing and exceeding revenue targets.
- An understanding of manufacturing processes.
- A resilient self-starter with a strong focus on results.
- Comfortable presenting and negotiating at senior level.
- Field service combined with home-office work and travelling to the site in Skåne.
