We are looking for a talented Sports Tech Account Manager to join our Spiideo AB team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of media companies, leagues, and sports clubs in Europe, focusing on the Southern European market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success or sales, with fluency in Spanish, Italian, and English. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding of new customers onto Spiideo's platform.
  2. Client Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with clients to maximize their potential and ensure satisfaction.
  3. Renewal Management: Proactively manage renewal processes to meet company targets.
  4. Upselling & Expanding: Identify opportunities to grow existing customer relationships.
  5. Churn Reduction: Implement strategies to minimize customer churn.
  6. Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
