Inom affärsenheten Arla Cheese & Deli (ACD) blir du som Sales Representative Professional / Säljare en viktig länk mellan Arla och våra kunder. Du kommer ansvara för att driva försäljning samt bygga långsiktiga relationer med dina kunder på ditt distrikt. Som säljare på Arla jobbar du med flera kända varumärken som Apetina, Kelda, Falbygdens Ost, Kvibille, Wästgöta kloster & Castello.

Hur du kommer påverka

I tjänsten som Sales Representative Professional / Säljare på Arla kommer du att ha en hög aktivitetsnivå där du varje dag, tillsammans med din region, jobbar mot uppsatta mål på både team- och individnivå. Rollen innefattar långsiktig kundutveckling och värdeskapande aktiviteter för att bygga mervärde och stärka våra kundrelationer. Du är en del av ett sammansvetsat och erfaret regionalt team och rapporterar direkt till Regionchef.

I ditt ansvarsområde ingår att:

  • Ansvara för försäljning och etablera goda långvariga relationer på ditt regionala distrikt
  • Driva och utveckla ostkategorin samt delikatessdisken på ditt distrikt
  • Sälja in ny-lanseringar och kampanjer
  • Arbeta med basdistribution
  • Arbeta systematiskt med sortimentsutveckling och varuplacering samt implementera nya säljlösningar
  • Förbereda och genomföra ostutbildningar för kunder

Vad som kommer att göra dig framgångsrik
För att trivas hos oss på Arla Foods och i rollen som Sales Representative Professional / Säljare är du målinriktad, flexibel och lyhörd som person. Du har god planeringsförmåga och lätt för att entusiasmera din omgivning. Du vill utvecklas till en skicklig förhandlare som är duktig på att presentera och driva vår utveckling framåt.
För att lyckas i rollen ser vi gärna att du har:

  • Erfarenhet från dagligvaruhandeln där erfarenhet av mejeri/ost är extra meriterande, alternativt tidigare erfarenhet som säljare inom FMCG-branschen
  • Avslutad gymnasieutbildning. Säljutbildning eller motsvarande är meriterande
  • Goda kunskaper i Office-paketet
  • B-körkort är ett krav (tjänstebil ingår).
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i tal och i skrift
