We are seeking a proactive and driven Key Account Manager to oversee vital accounts, develop strategic account plans, and achieve revenue targets across all product categories within Schneider Electric Sweden.

Responsibilities:
  1. Gain a deep understanding of the market and sales landscape within assigned accounts.
  2. Ensure high-quality customer data management in Schneider's systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).
  3. Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers.
  4. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business goals and tailor our solutions to meet their needs.
  5. Collaborate closely with the sales team to manage customer accounts.
  6. Take ownership of commercial interactions and relationships with selected accounts, including contract agreements.
  7. Identify business opportunities, conduct proactive market research, and develop sales strategies to drive further growth.
  8. Act as the primary contact for key customers, representing Schneider Electric's full portfolio to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  9. Understand customers' unique challenges and requirements, collaborating with internal technical teams to propose tailored solutions that add value to their business.
  10. Work closely with internal teams such as sales support, product management, and technical experts to ensure successful delivery of solutions to customers.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies within relevant key segments.
  12. Overall cohesive responsibility for multidisciplinary projects under the guidance of assigned accounts.
  13. Actively report and follow up on activities and projects in CRM and other identified tools.
Background and Skills:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  2. Documented experience in Key Account Management or business development.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  6. Strategic thinking and intellectually curious with strong problem-solving ability.
  7. Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team in a matrix organization.
  8. Excellent written and verbal skills in English and local language.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM-related tools.
  10. Driver's license required.
