Contractor Key Account Manager

We are seeking a proactive and driven Key Account Manager to oversee vital accounts, develop strategic account plans, and achieve revenue targets across all product categories within Schneider Electric Sweden.
Responsibilities:- Gain a deep understanding of the market and sales landscape within assigned accounts.
- Ensure high-quality customer data management in Schneider's systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business goals and tailor our solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to manage customer accounts.
- Take ownership of commercial interactions and relationships with selected accounts, including contract agreements.
- Identify business opportunities, conduct proactive market research, and develop sales strategies to drive further growth.
- Act as the primary contact for key customers, representing Schneider Electric's full portfolio to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Understand customers' unique challenges and requirements, collaborating with internal technical teams to propose tailored solutions that add value to their business.
- Work closely with internal teams such as sales support, product management, and technical experts to ensure successful delivery of solutions to customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies within relevant key segments.
- Overall cohesive responsibility for multidisciplinary projects under the guidance of assigned accounts.
- Actively report and follow up on activities and projects in CRM and other identified tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
- Documented experience in Key Account Management or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strategic thinking and intellectually curious with strong problem-solving ability.
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team in a matrix organization.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and local language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM-related tools.
- Driver's license required.
