We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to oversee the implementation of the solution and drive the engagement into successful delivery.
You will be responsible that the solution meets the Customer expectations during the delivery project and in operations. Key responsibilities include supporting IoT Sales to grow sales and establishing/maintaining market leadership within IoT.
The ideal candidate has experience working with long-term external customer relations, building trust and transparency, and possesses strong business focus and a genuine interest in translating customer needs into technical requirements.
This role includes, but is not limited to:
- Sales growth and market leadership establishment within IoT
- Collections stakeholders together to evaluate, plan and develop the solution
- Translating customer needs and business targets into technical requirements
- Defining the solution concept and iterating this with customers, internal stakeholders, and partners
- Leading customer projects with structure and taking care of document creation
- Assembling and managing the virtual team to onboard the customer to Telia's IoT services
We value a results-oriented individual with knowledge of both agile as well as waterfall project methodology and a personal ability to keep a positive attitude under stressful and changing circumstances.
