Om rollen
Vi söker därför dig som vill vara med på en häftig resa för att ta AFRYs tjänsteerbjudande inom digitaliseringsområdet framåt. Du kommer att vara en del av affärsområdet Digital Services där vi bland annat erbjuder tjänster inom Systemutveckling, AI, Krav och Test, Projektledning och Cybersäkerhet.
Din viktigaste uppgift kommer att vara att driva vår försäljning av IT-konsulttjänster hos ett antal utvalda kunder. Du kommer både att arbeta med befintliga kundstock där det finns upparbetade kontaktnät och arbeta med att bygga upp en affär hos nya kunder. En viktig del av rollen är också att utveckla försäljningen av IT-tjänster hos kunder där AFRY idag har stora leveranser från andra affärsområden.
I rollen kommer du att ingå som en del i affärsområdets säljteam där man tillsammans arbetar med att underhålla och utveckla en relevant säljstrategi. Du kommer att arbeta nära våra Sektionschefer för att tillsammans driva vår affär framåt men även vara Digital Services representant i något intilliggande affärsområdes säljteam.
Vi söker
En person som det händer saker omkring som inte rädd för att utmana med nya tankar och idéer. Du är en vass säljare med ett bevisat track record och har förmodligen några års erfarenhet av tjänsteförsäljning inom IT/tech. Du vet att du är riktigt bra på det du gör och springer i cirklar runt konkurrenterna. Du brinner för att sätta nästa affär och älskar att bidra till våra kunders framgång. Förmodligen har du en akademisk bakgrund och du besitter goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift. Det är starkt meriterande om du har tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet från något av de områden som vi levererar tjänster inom.

Anställningen ligger i divisionen AFRY X och affärsområdet Digital Services. Placeringen är på huvudkontoret i Solna. Det är högt i tak med en kollegial stämning och man värnar om balansen mellan fritid och arbetsliv. Det finns både goda utvecklingsmöjligheter internt och utrymme att påverka utformningen av din roll.
För tjänsten erbjuds fast lön + bonus. AFRY har kollektivavtal och mycket goda personalförmåner.
