We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Leader to join our team in Sweden. As the Public Sector Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution and performance.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including public sector customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales decisions and drive business growth.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the public sector.
- Strong understanding of the public sector digitalization agenda and ability to develop winning sales strategies.
- Established network in the public sector, with experience in driving sales cases with various stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with people across various domains.
- Higher education and proficient in English.
